With a view to better protection of the stores

kept at this Depot the standing orders for Green Island Gun

Powder Depot have been revised and amplified. I enclose

copies in duplicate of these revised orders which have been

agreed to by Honourable Harbour Master and myself.

4.

In addition, three visiting books have been

placed in different points by the magazines, which books have to be signed by Guards and other Officers whenever

they patrol or visit the magazines.
